3D Rendering

• $75.00 upfront for initial 1 hour meeting to discuss drafting needs. $75/hour is billable for project completion. RENDERING PRICE IS $1/ per square foot. EXAMPLE: you need a 3,000 square foot home in 3d with furniture etc. will be $3,000 total due for this project.
• This coast covers the designers time, labor, and program cost to provides the best quality and perfected rendering for our clients.
• 3D Renderings is an add on or stand alone package unless you have purchased the DELUXE DESIGN PACKAGE.
• This package is per square foot project. INTERIOR ONLY AT THIS TIME> COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL>
• Client is required to send a floor plan of room or measurements, architectural floorplan is best.
• Measurements required: sq footage, window placements, door placements, ceiling height. (any additional unique measuements that will assist the designer in rendering your space is needed) There is a how to measure in folder if you have questions on the specifics once you purchase this project.

This is an excellent package if items have been selected for the space and clients are wanting a visual before purchasing or placing items into a room.
This package is available to NON WP CLIENTS and WP CLIENTS, as we would love to work with you in all your design needs, we are excited to offer this package as a single option to ANYONE that is needing a 3D render for their design projects.
Pricing is per room and per hour.
